These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vivid Coding LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Vivid Coding," "we," "us"), and they govern your use of vividcoding.com, the ProofPay app, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. How ProofPay works

ProofPay lets users complete tasks and receive bitcoin payments over the Lightning Network once those tasks are verified. Verification is done according to each task's stated requirements and [describe the verification process]. We may approve or reject submissions under those requirements.

5. Non-custodial service and Strike

Vivid Coding does not take custody of, hold, or control user funds. Payments are processed through Strike, a third-party provider. 6. Bitcoin risks

Bitcoin's value can change significantly. Lightning payments may fail, be delayed, or be irreversible once sent. Make sure your payout details are correct. Vivid Coding does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Submit false, fraudulent, or plagiarized proof. - Create multiple accounts to game tasks or rewards. - Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion. - Interfere with, attack, or reverse-engineer the Services. - Infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Fees
