Vivid Coding is the company behind ProofPay, a bitcoin app that pays people for verified work. Payments go out over the Lightning Network through Strike, and we never hold your money.
What we do
Vivid Coding is a small, veteran-founded software company. We build one product and focus on doing it well:
- ProofPay. Complete a task, get it verified, get paid in bitcoin.
- Non-custodial by design. We built the system so we never take custody of user funds.
- Built on proven infrastructure. ProofPay sends payments over Lightning through Strike, so we don't run our own payment rails.

ProofPay does not keep user balances. That cuts out a whole category of risk.
How it works, in three steps

Browse available tasks in ProofPay.
Submit proof.
Complete the task and send in what's needed to verify it.
Get paid in bitcoin.
Once your work is verified, payment is sent over Lightning.

Vivid Coding was founded by Keith Drummond, a U.S. Air Force veteran (OEF/OIF, 2002–2008) with a B.S. in Computer Science who now works as a senior manager and tech lead. We hold our software to the same standards: plan carefully, build with care, and be clear about what it does and doesn't do.
